ACTION Cambodia exists to glorify God by serving the Khmer people in the name of Christ. We desire that the Church be built in Cambodia, that the Word of God be proclaimed, that the cross of Christ be exalted, and that God be worshipped.
Our ministries include: discipleship, Biblical resource distribution and development, pastoral development and mobilization, church-based student sponsorship, teaching English as a second language, caring for orphans, and hosting short-term missions teams.
The ACTION Cambodia team is founded on a “church-based” ministry model. They ACTION Cambodia missionaries intend to focus their work in and through local churches, partnering with other para-church organizations when appropriate. Providing biblical resources, meeting the needs of children at risk, giving healthcare services in a school setting, and engaging in evangelism, discipleship, and development are all ministries of ACTION missionaries in Cambodia. The Director of ACTION Cambodia and Southeast Asia Coordinator is Daren Beck.
ACTION Cambodia is looking for people to meet the following missionary needs: administrative assistants, leadership and pastoral development (BookShare) help, micro-enterprise project managers, a short-term trainer and coordinator, a sports evangelist, a special projects coordinator, street children workers, urban missionaries, urban research missionaries and coordinators, and vocational teachers.
