ACTION missionaries in India are engaged in ministries of teaching the Bible, teaching vocational skills, teaching disabled children, producing literature, training pastors, working with street children, planting churches and digging wells.

Devendra & Rokono Rai are involved in church planting, leadership training, opening schools for the poor, helping kids go to school, and helping the poor gain employment skills such as driving and keeping cows.

Needs for the work being done in India at this time are: short-term building and maintenance teams, children in crisis missionaries, community development workers, healthcare workers, leadership and pastoral development (BookShare) help, and teachers and teacher trainers.
