Current Ministry: Ministry to street children/children in crisis


The Beacks are from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Matt and Becki attended candidate orientation in April 2007, with their newborn son, Isaiah, who is now 4 years old.  Since then they have had another child, Elijah, who is 19 months old. They are planning to work with street children in Manila, Philippines. Becki was a missionary kid (MK) in Manila and received a call to missions when she was 13. Matt was an MK as well and grew up in Indonesia. For the past eight years, Matt has counseled children and families with behavioral and emotional difficulties. Becki spent many years working with inner-city children at a Christian after-school program. The Beacks are currently raising prayer and financial support in order to depart for the mission field.
