Lisa DeGrace ministers in Odessa in the areas of evangelism and discipleship. Her recent communication told of the beginning of a church plant and the development of ministries in the center of Odessa.

“I recently transferred the bulk of my ministry efforts from our main church to support our church plant called Immanuel. We have services on both Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Though I will miss being a part of the main church, I realized I can be used greatly at the church plant. The goal of this plant is to evangelize the people in the center of Odessa. Many of the street youth I minister to have begun coming to this church plant with me and the congregation has adopted them without hesitation. We have begun a rehab program for these young people, and others, who need encouragement to overcome their addictions with God’s help. Several young mothers I have been working with have also started attending services. Please pray for the further development of ministries to street youth and young women with children. We ask that God would bring several dependable Ukrainian helpers with patience and love for these youth and mothers with children to come alongside us in ministry at this church plant.”
