Brian & Celia Stewart are ACTION missionaries based in the United States, where Brian is Cuba Director and Assistant USA Director working at the ACTION office in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. In a recent newsletter, Brian told about an upcoming ministry trip to Cuba planned for February 6-14.

“A great deal of time has already gone into the scheduling of my next trip to Cuba. Responding to a very specific invitation from one of our denominational partners, ACTION will be sending a team of eight to speak at a large event. Celia and I will have the privilege of ministering again with Harold and Darlene Sala of Guidelines International, Ron Carlson of Christian Ministries International, pastor Dave Waters, and my fellow ACTION missionaries Rex and Donna Carlaw.

“We will be hosting over 400 pastors and their wives for a four-day retreat. This event will be similar to the discipleship camp we held in April 2009 which had 565 in attendance. All of us on the team will participate in the retreat. The Salas will be speaking on specific topics related to Christian marriage and Biblical roles that the denomination asked our team to address.
