Phil and Julie DeHart have been with Action International Ministries since the summer of 2000.

The DeHarts have five children: Katie, Anna, Maggie, Daniel, and Emily. Katie and Anna are presently attending Bethel College in Minnesota. Phil and Julie are serving in Antipolo, Rizal, PI, ministering to pastors, churches and communities.

We are working with street kids through our Childrens Garden Philippines ministry. Rugby boys and out-of-school youth are in need of food, shelter, medical, education, skills, and mostly they need change in their lives which can only be met through knowing Christ and accepting Him as their Saviour.

We also work with pastors, churches and communities out of our GROW Antipolo Ministry Center. We offer training, resources, prayer, fellowship and encouragement to the pastors and churches of the Rizal Province. So then they can be refreshed and equipped to meet the various challenges and tasks of their difficult ministry in the communities they serve.

The physical and material needs are vast and various in the Philippines. We want to come alongside our pastors and churches and provide vocational skills training and sustainable livelihood/agricultural programs to their communities. We will conduct training and demonstration of these skills at the GROW Antipolo Ministry Center.
