Andrew was raised in Ghana, West Africa while his parents served with Wycliffe Bible Translators. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a BA in Applied Linguistics and nearly completed a second BA in Video Production.  He is also an avid photographer.

Jamie was raised in the suburbs of Chicago. She finished her high school studies at home and attended Moody Bible Institute. She has a BA in Applied Linguistics. After graduation, she and Andrew married in 2000. While working as a waitress, she studied photography.

God brought Andrew and Jamie to ACTION in 2002, and after orientation, they raised support and moved to Granada, Spain in October of 2003.

They served as journalists for ACTION during the first 3 years on the field before beginning their ESL focus. They have served the local church through youth/student ministry, music ministry and they lead a monthly English worship service for English speakers.
