Herb and Winnifred are from Alberta. They joined ACTION in 1987 after more than twenty years with The South Pacific Evangelical Fellowship. They served as representatives in Canada until 1990, when they went to the Philippines. Two years there were spent in film evangelism, baby home work, and pastoring an Asian Indian fellowship for four months. Due to health difficulties they now work in Canada, pastoring a church and working with ethnic peoples. They also have the privilege of reaching six million people three hours a week through a network of Christian radio broadcasting. They have two married daughters and five grandchildren.
