ACTION Cambodia is looking for a committed Christian to join their team as full-time missionary to provide pastoral care and shepherding for the Logos International School Community and Teaching Pastor at Shalom Church Phnom Tmei.

Responsibilities

• Shepherd the 350 students and 50 staff spiritually on a day to day basis.
• Help coordinate the spiritual emphasis of the school in coordination with the school administration.
• Perform counseling as needed and called upon in crisis situations.
• Preach and teach at Shalom Phnom Penh Tmei in coordination with Action Cambodia Team.
• Help coordinate chapel programs at Logos which are Bible saturated and cross centered.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA in Bible with MA or MDiv preferred
• Grounded in theology and competent in biblical counseling (Nouthetic)
• Minimum five years experience in local church as pastor or equivalent experience
• At least 18 years old
• A growing Christian
• Active in ministry in a local church
• Recommended by pastor and church
• Teachable
• Adaptable
• Able to accept difficult circumstances
• Good sense of humor
• Not easily discouraged
• Spiritually mature
• Able to accept various leadership styles
