ACTION Cambodia is looking for someone to join their team as a full-time missionary to serve as a church planter.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge regarding church-planting activities in Cambodia.
• Target areas of the urban poor where few viable churches exist.
• Provide leadership training for church leaders.
• Work with existing churches to plant new churches.
• Help raise start-up funds for new buildings.
• Work with new church plant to establish leadership, viability before moving to another work.

Qualifications

• Gifting in evangelism, pastoring, and teaching
• Experience in discipleship and mentorship
• At least 18 years old
• A growing Christian
• Active in ministry in a local church
• Recommended by pastor and church
• Teachable
• Adaptable
• Able to accept difficult circumstances
• Good sense of humor
• Not easily discouraged
• Spiritually mature
• Able to accept various leadership styles
