ACTION Cambodia is looking for committed Christians to join their team as full-time missionaries to serve in the Children in Crisis ministry as Street Children Workers.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge regarding current Cambodian street children programs
• Gain experience and training by working with viable Christian organizations
• Attend HIV/AIDS counseling training and other courses
• Create an ACTION Cambodia program for street children
• Act as liaison with ACTION’s orphanage ministry partners
• Train children in various life skills

Qualifications

• Love for and experience in working with children
• Creative, responsible, faithful
• Strong sense of commitment; ready to persevere through adversity
• At least 18 years old
• A growing Christian
• Active in ministry in a local church
• Recommended by pastor and church
• Teachable
• Adaptable
• Able to accept difficult circumstances
• Good sense of humor
• Not easily discouraged
• Spiritually mature
• Able to accept various leadership styles
