Colombia: Church Planting Missionaries


ACTION Colombia is looking for people to join their team as full-time missionaries to serve as church planters.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside an established church to plant a sister church.

Qualifications

  • A good theological base
  • A strong vision for church planting
  • A commitment to work at least five years in Colombia
  • At least 18 years old
  • A growing Christian
  • Active in ministry in a local church
  • Recommended by pastor and church
  • Teachable
  • Adaptable
  • Able to accept difficult circumstances
  • Good sense of humor
  • Not easily discouraged
  • Spiritually mature
  • Able to accept various leadership styles
  • Other items set forth by the Candidate Secretary’s office
