Youth Evangelism and Discipleship Coordinators are needed to minister to local youth through evangelism and discipleship in Malawi.

Responsibilities

  • Youth discipleship groups.
  • Training of youth leadership.
  • Community outreach programs.
  • Sports evangelism.
  • Bible camps.
  • Coordination of youth fellowship groups.

Qualifications

  • Short-term or career commitment
  • At least 18 years old
  • A growing Christian
  • Active in ministry in a local church
  • Recommended by pastor and church
  • Teachable
  • Adaptable
  • Able to accept difficult circumstances
  • Good sense of humor
  • Not easily discouraged
  • Spiritually mature
  • Able to accept various leadership styles
  • Other items set forth by the Candidate Secretary’s office
