Philippines: Property and Maintenance Manager


The Property and Maintenance Manager will ensure that Jabez Christian Center facilities, buildings, and surroundings are well-maintained, including Jabez Campsite, Jabez Christian School and Home of Joy orphanage in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • General maintenance for the water system and facilities, electrical system, perimeter fences, roads, unoccupied grounds, operation of generator, building improvements and maintenance, trees and surroundings, and vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist in the discipleship program for campsite workers.
Qualifications

  • Four year to career commitment
  • At least two years Bible school education
  • Some knowledge in vehicle repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work
  • At least 18 years old
  • A growing Christian
  • Active in ministry in a local church
  • Recommended by pastor and church
  • Teachable
  • Adaptable
  • Able to accept difficult circumstances
  • Good sense of humor
  • Not easily discouraged
  • Spiritually mature
  • Able to accept various leadership styles
  • Other items set forth by the Candidate Secretary’s office
