Cambodia: Church-Based Community School

Start a Campaign
Sponsor Shalom International School Repair Shalom International School is a catch-up school located in a poor community outside Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. In November of 2016, heavy rains eroded away the back portion of the land that the school sits on, threatening the building and the safety of the over 200 children who attend each day to learn English and learn about Jesus.

Our desire is to build a retaining wall on the back side of the property to prevent farther damage from the river, and ensure that this school can continue to operate, serving these precious children, and being a light in its community. The school still needs to raise $3,000 to complete repairs. Will you prayerfully consider giving to aid in this endeavour?

Total need: $3,000.

Here is an update of the Shalom School Repair

Sponsor Church Based Community School

The children of the urban poor suffer in many ways. A primary outcome of their physical condition is that they cannot attend school, most of the time because they need to work to help support their family. A church based community school would allow these children to attend school, receive follow up for special needs and hear the good of the gospel!

Total support needed: US$500 per month.
