The projects featured in the 2020 Christmas Catalog have been prayerfully selected. We pray that you may join with us this Christmas season as we strive to meet the spiritual and physical needs of people around the world.
A Note from ACTION’s International Director, Thomas Smoak:
What joy generous giving generates! The Bible says God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7). That’s because, when we give joyfully, we are imitating Him, “the Giver of all good gifts” (James 1:17).
I have the great privilege of knowing each of the faithful field workers in this booklet personally. I have visited them where they work and I know they are giving not only their finances but their time and energy and prayers to these projects. Without exception, they seek the coming of the Kingdom of God in human hearts that submit to his rule. That’s what happens in us as we give generously like he does.
Any size gift helps. Don’t feel like you have to give the whole amount needed. But, if you can do that, it will not only be a blessing to the receiver; it will bless you even more. “As the Lord said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35). May God bless you with His joy through generosity.
