I know the transformative love of Jesus and have a passion for sharing that love to the lost. Out of this passion, I use my degree in social work to help teens that have behavioral issues due to childhood trauma, and I serve as a prayer team lead at my church.

Starting in January, I will have the opportunity to do a 6-month long internship at a Children's Home, The Davis Lar, right outside of the city of Fortaleza, Brazil. Fortaleza is known as the child sex trafficking capital of Brazil, so the majority of the 68 children and teens there were
victims of either sex or drug trafficking. The Davis Lar teaches the children of the hope we have in Jesus Christ and that He is our true Redeemer. I will be working with the team at the Davis Lar and with all the kids, but my main focus will be to disciple and build relationships
with the girls and boys ranging in age from 11-18 years old. I will work with them individually to help them prepare for life after they leave the home.
