Jeff arrived in Phnom Penh in May 2019, originally contracted with an education company, but actively seeking and praying for ministry opportunities. Prepared with years of serving the local church, living abroad, becoming comfortable with Asia and their culture, and annual short-term missions, God's providence paved the road for his service in Cambodia.

Zealous for the people of Cambodia to know the glorious gospel and to be glad in God alone, Jeff works in 5 main ministries:

1. Gospel Discipleship - Jeff leads classes every weekday at a local Khmer-speaking church, doing daily discipleship for young adults through English lessons and teaching through the Bible. In addition, Jeff is involved in discipling younger men in weekly studies to know God's word more deeply.

2. Gospel Resources - Solid biblical tools are scarce in the Khmer language. Jeff is involved in marketing and media with ACTION Cambodia to increase local and international awareness and support for their publishing team. The publishing team helps to created incredible Christian books and online resources from names like Ligonier, Desiring God, 9Marks, Crossway, Truth For Life, Gospel Coalition, and Tim Challies.3. Gospel Education - Jeff is a teacher at a local post-secondary Bible school known as Global Life University. This University offers Christian education for free to the local Camodians. 4. Gospel Missions - The work of ACTION International is shared worldwide so that the global church would know God and take action thought sending missionaries. Jeff serves to communicate these mission mandates of God through social media for ACTION.5. Gospel Church - There is an international church in Cambodia named Shalom Phnom Penh Thmei. Jeff is a worship leader and lay-preacher at this local gospel-centered church that worships in English to feed and shepherd English-speaking locals and expats.
