Kamryn Allen
My name is Kamryn Allen, and I have been involved with ACTION in missions for much of my life, starting at the young age of 7. My family moved to Zambia as ACTION missionaries in 2007, and I have been “hooked” by missions ever since. I spent 3 months in Brazil in 2018 and I absolutely fell in love. I am currently a nursing student at Washington State University with the long-term goal of nursing in overseas third-world communities.
However, nursing isn’t the only passion of mine - I love using photography, journalism, and English ministry to reach children and youth in Brazil. This summer, I will be spending 2 weeks back with Claudia and Marco Van der Merwe in Camaqua, Brazil. I will be joining with them in their after school ministry and helping out in whatever way that I can.
