The person serving in this capacity of financial ministry will be responsible for making sure that all the financial records and paperwork along with data entry meets the requirements of the organization as well as Uganda financial laws. This is also a great discipleship ministry as the person will work one on one with those responsible for finances in the organization by influencing them in Biblical stewardship practices. Please note this is not a paid position.

Accountant, Quickboooks

Keeping good financial records of ministry is an important part of ministry that needs a qualified individual to serve in order to maintain the integrity of the ministry. Action International Ministries Uganda has an urgent need for an experienced Quickbooks Accountant to serve for one to three months in our mission office in Gulu, Northern Uganda, as soon as possible.

If anyone is qualified to serve in this ministry and would like to come for a short-term we would like to talk with you. There are other ministry opportunities to help with as well.

The person serving in this ministry of finances must be a self starter and trustworthy, and will have had 1 or more years experience in non-profit organization or business accounting. They must also be well versed in the use Quick-books accounting software.

orphans, children, Church leaders, teachers and staff.

People Group(s):

Primarily the Acholi people of Northern Uganda as well as other East Africa people groups.

Religious Affiliations:

Protestants, Animists and Muslims.
