Hey everyone! My name is Kelsey Roskamp, and I am currently in my third year of nursing school, scheduled to graduate in May 2026. One thing I know with absolute certainty is God’s call on my life to be a nurse. I LOVE being able to be God’s hands and feet in caring for the health of His children. I also believe God’s desire is for all of us to serve, in whatever capacity that may be.

This coming summer, God has opened an incredible door that will allow me to blend my love for nursing with my desire to share His good news with others. I will be spending the entire month of July in the Philippines, partnering with Hope Alive Healthcare through Action International Ministries. The majority of my time will be spent at a birthing clinic on the outskirts of Manila, where free maternal and newborn healthcare services are provided to underserved communities. I will be interacting with expectant mothers through discipleship, outreach, prenatal and postpartum clinical care, as well as birthing services. My role is to gain hands-on nursing experience and learn how to share the gospel in the medical setting. I am incredibly grateful and excited for this opportunity, and I have full confidence that God will use it in wonderful ways.

My goal is to raise around $5,000 for this trip, and I would be immensely grateful if you would consider partnering with me. I could also use all the prayers I can get, as spending a month in another country can be emotionally, spiritually, and physically challenging.
