- Help evangelical churches in biblical Strategic Human Resource Management and Development (SHRM&D);
- Help aligned organizations in biblical SHRM&D;
- Offer one-on-one discipleship and mentorship for managers and supervisors in the marketplace; and biblical frontline communication training;
- Conduct seminars and trainings as requested;
- Provide church resource speaker/lecturer.
