Bernard & Sujeema Costa

Bernard and Sujeema are excited to bring their vast life and ministry experiences from their home country of Sri Lanka to their roles at the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL) in the Philippines. Bernard is a faculty member of the theology department, and Sujeema is serving as a faculty member of Partners in Ministry. Together, they serve on the Iron Sharpening Group to disciple students from various countries. They are working to develop servant-leaders for strategic impact in fulfilling the Great Commission and desire to see a growing network of Christlike leaders building spiritual movements that transform lives, families, communities, and nations for the glory of God.  

They have one daughter, Devthilini, who is serving as a youth leader for teenagers and young girls at the IGSL campus while pursuing continuing education.
