Chris Hartsfield

Chris is an exuberant retired South African gentleman serving in a short-term role in partnership with The Stable, a ministry just outside of Sao Paulo city, that receives refugees from the persecuted church. Chris has had ample experience in many practical roles and will be using his abilities to weld together the framework for construction of 8 new Chales which will be used to host more refugee families. He is also an enthusiastic evangelist, spreading Christ’s love through both words and actions. Initially he plans to spend 6 months serving at The Stable before he decides on his next steps. Please pray that he will learn quickly to speak Portuguese, and that he will be the Lord’s instrument where-ever he goes.

Chris é um exuberante sul africano aposentado. Ele é voluntário, servindo durante 6 meses no Aprisco, um ministério que acolhe refugiados da igreja perseguida, que fica nos arredores da cidade de São Paulo. Chris tem ampla experiência em diversos papéis práticos e usará suas habilidades para soldar a estrutura de 8 novos chalés. Estes servirão para hospedar mais famílias refugiadas. Ele também é um evangelista nato, espalhando o amor de Cristo tanto por palavras quanto por ações. Inicialmente, ele planeja passar 6 meses servindo no Aprisco, antes de decidir seus próximos passos.
