Gerson & Mercy Lord
I am married to Mercy Ayomirwoth, and together we are blessed with three wonderful children—two girls and a boy. As a family, we are deeply committed to serving God and faithfully supporting the mission He has entrusted to us. Based in Nebbi, in the West Nile region of Uganda, our ministry is driven by a shared calling and a passion to see lives transformed through the gospel.
I founded Preachers Camp Africa out of a burden to make disciples of all nations (Matt. 28:18-20), with a special focus on reaching unreached and vulnerable communities. This mission has taken us into challenging regions, including war-torn areas such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, and throughout Uganda. Through platforms like radio ministry, we are able to spread the gospel widely, reaching and impacting over 15 million listeners weekly.
In addition, we are committed to training and equipping pastors for effective ministry, planting biblically grounded churches, and empowering them to disciple their communities. We also seek to meet practical needs in rural areas through initiatives such as borehole drilling, education, and medical outreaches—all with the central goal of sharing the gospel and making disciples who make disciples.
