Matheus & Juliana Negri

Matheus serves as the Regional Coordinator for Sub-Saharan Africa, helping guide and strengthen ACTION’s ministries across the region.

Juliana serves in chaplaincy, discipleship, and women’s ministry, caring deeply for spiritual and emotional needs within the communities we serve.

We are also parents to two wonderful boys, and our family is part of the mission—living, serving, and growing together in God’s calling.

Our Ministry Focus

1. Pastoral Leadership Development (PLD)

We equip under-resourced pastors and church leaders through:

• Mentor groups
• Training programs
• Ongoing coaching

Our goal is to strengthen healthy, Bible-centered churches that can disciple others and reach their communities.

2. Children at Risk

We serve vulnerable children through ACTION’s ministries in:

• South Africa
• Uganda

This includes:

• Education support
• Feeding programs
• Discipleship and care

Hundreds of children are impacted daily through these efforts.

3. Sustainable Development & Food Security

We help develop sustainable solutions that support long-term impact.

In South Africa, we partner with local ministries to:

• Grow food (bananas, vegetables, fruit)
• Support feeding programs for children
• Train communities in sustainability

4. Frontier & Unreached Mission

We are helping move ACTION toward unreached and frontier people groups in Africa, especially in East Africa.

This includes:

• Identifying strategic entry points
• Strengthening local churches near unreached communities
• Building long-term mission pathways

ACTION currently works across multiple countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, including:

• Kenya
• Tanzania
• Angola
• Malawi
• Mozambique
• Zambia
• Nigeria
• Benin
• DRC
• South Sudan
• Ethiopia

We travel regularly to support leaders, develop ministries, and build partnerships.

Why This Matters

Across Africa, many pastors lack training, many children are vulnerable, and many communities still have little access to the Gospel.

We believe:
