Javier has lived in Bogota, Colombia all his life. He grew up without a father and it was difficult for his mother and four siblings.
When he was 12 years old, he attended an ACTION Christmas party in Juan Pablo II, Ciudad Bolivar. After that Christmas party, a ministry center was started, called Pacto en ACCION. Javier was one of the first kids who attended the Monday through Friday Bibles studies, which began in January 2003.
He accepted Jesus as his personal Savior when he was 14 years old. He started teaching Sunday school with the little children a year later and as an assistant counselor on evangelistic camps. When he finished high school and the military service, he dedicated his life to serving God full time. He studied in a Bible Institute for four years. He then begun to teach young people and young adults. He has been the pastor of the Pacto en ACCIÓN Church for several years. Since July 2018, he is not only the Pastor, but he is also in charge of all the ministries of Pacto en ACCIÓN.

Javier ha vivido en Bogotá, Colombia toda su vida. Creció sin un padre y fue difícil para su madre y sus cuatro hermanos. Cuando tenía 12 años, asistió a una fiesta de Navidad del ministerio de ACCIÓN en Juan Pablo II, Ciudad Bolívar. Después de esa fiesta de Navidad, se inició en el centro ministerial, llamado Pacto en ACCION. Javier fue uno de los primeros niños que asistió a los estudios bíblicos de lunes a viernes, que comenzaron en enero de 2003. Él aceptó a Jesús como su Salvador personal cuando tenía 14 años. Comenzó a enseñar la escuela dominical con los niños pequeños un año después y como consejero asistente en campamentos de evangelización. Cuando terminó la escuela secundaria y el servicio militar, dedicó su vida a servir a Dios de tiempo completo. Estudió en un Instituto Bíblico durante cuatro años. Luego comenzó a enseñar a adolescentes y jóvenes adultos. Ha sido pastor de la Iglesia Pacto en ACCIÓN durante varios años. Y desde julio del 2018, no solo es el pastor, sino que también está a cargo de todos los ministerios de Pacto en ACCIÓN.
