PERSONAL TESTIMONY

What a joy to work for God in reaching out to the Hispanics in the United States of America and ministering to individuals and marriages who are laboring in the mission field!

I have served for over 30 years in the ministries of evangelism, discipleship, and missions in Costa Rica and the United States of America, primarily. The Lord has used me in different capacities (Pastoring, Church-planting, and Mentoring). My wife and children have always been the rest of my team for the glory of God. Bea and I have been married since February of 1997 and have seen many souls coming to the Savior and have also had the privilege to disciple not a few of them all the way up to the ministry.

We are currently serving at the “Iglesia Bautista Internacional El Mesías” of Odessa, Texas; where we pastor the church and develop both bilingual and Spanish Home Bible Studies in the cities of Midland and Odessa.

The Lord has given me the vision to nurture those who are nurturing others.

NURTURING THOSE WHO NURTURE OTHERS

Our Purpose is to partner with other pastors and congregations who would be willing to invest their time and resources for the edification of missionaries, pastors, and staff individuals and marriages who are already in the field. These are just a couple of alarming statistics nowadays:

Barna reports 38% of pastors are thinking of quitting the ministry, 51% from mainline denominations. (November 29, 2021)
Covid-19 brought many things to a breaking point. Ministry can take its toll. It's never been this bad. (Edify leaders, October 2021)

Alongside with our local ministries through our home church, we are available for the Lord to use us on specific endeavors to team up with others towards seminars, retreats, and mentoring in both English and Spanish in the U.S. and Latin America, “being confident of this, that he who began a good work in (us) will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” There is no doubt that “the one who calls (us) is faithful, and he will do it.”
