Annika Kinnaman

Hi! My name is Annika, and I am incredibly thankful for this opportunity to spend time in the Philippines. I pray my time there will be a blessing to those I meet and work with.

A little bit about me: I love reading, being outside, hiking, exploring, and playing piano. A couple of my all-time favorite books right now are Little Women and The Brothers Karamazov. My favorite places to explore have been in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado and many of the national parks in Utah and Washington! 

I am very interested in women’s health specialties in nursing. I love caring for, working with, and educating women. My time spent helping at a medical clinic in Honduras has grown this love of women’s health for me as I have seen and experienced both the incredible power and vulnerability women often have in their communities.
