Ruth Montaño
My name is Ruth Montaño. I am a public accountant and am part of the ACTION Cazucá Team in Colombia.
From a very young age, I have dreamed of taking the Gospel throughout the world, so that each person around me can know who Jesus is and accept Him into their life. The Lord, in His mercy, has allowed me to start my task together with the ACTION Team in Colombia, where He has been transforming and blessing my life in a great way through each child, missionary, and pastor that he has allowed me to meet. God has grown my dream and desire to dedicate my life only for service to Him.
Together with ACTION Cazucá, I work in the vulnerable neighborhoods of Bogotá, specifically Santa Viviana and Corinto. In this place, the Lord has allowed us to transmit His word clearly and urgently to every young person, child, and adult. It has allowed me to teach them about the great wonders of the Bible and share my testimony and experience of how my life has been because of the Gospel's work in me. It is exciting to see how the Lord transforms my life and that of each child throughout the Biblical learning process.
The Lord has blessed me by allowing me to finish my professional career as a certified public accountant, but for some years now He has unquieted my heart with the desire to prepare me in depth for HIS service at Word of Life Institute in Argentina. I pray that the Lord allows me to continue to study this 2023 at Word of Life Argentina my second year. (I finished my first year 2022 at Word of Life Argentina). Everything belongs to HIM, is by HIM, and for HIM.

Desde muy pequeña he soñado con llevar el Evangelio por el mundo entero, que cada persona que me rodea conozca quien es Jesus y lo acepte en su vida. El Señor en su misericordia me ha permitido empezar mi tarea junto con el equipo de acción en Colombia, donde ha ido transformando y bendiciendo mi vida en gran manera a través de cada chico o chica, misionero y pastores que me ha permitido conocer, y ha fortalecido mi sueño y anhelo de dedicar mi vida solo al Servicio para EL.
Junto con Acción Cazucá trabajo en barrios vulnerables de la ciudad de Bogotá, específicamente Santa Viviana y Corinto, en este lugar el Señor nos ha permitido transmitir su Palabra de manera clara y con urgencia a cada joven, niño y adulto, me ha permitido enseñarles sobre sus grandes maravillas y compartirles mi testimonio y experiencia de cómo ha sido mi vida en el Evangelio. Es emocionante ver cómo el Señor transforma mi vida y la de cada chico durante todo el proceso de aprendizaje Bíblico.
El Señor me ha bendecido permitiéndome terminar mi carrera profesional como contador público, pero desde hace algunos años ha inquietado mi corazón con el deseo de prepararme a profundidad para SU servicio en el Instituto Bíblico Palabra de Vida en Argentina. Oró para que el Señor me permita ir a seguir este año 2023 en el Instituto Bíblico Palabra de Vida en Argentina mi segundo año (completé mi primer año 2022 el Instituto Bíblico Palabra de Vida en Argentina) Todo es de ÉL, por ÉL, y para EL.
