Cuba: Christmas Outreach
Our team in Cuba is busy making preparations for our annual evangelistic Christmas Outreach. Our goal this year is to share the true meaning and spirit of the holiday with children, the elderly, and the very poor.
We are inspired by the Lord's own words, "When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed."
We are of course hosting our traditional evangelistic Christmas parties in 10 churches, with each event including a clear presentation of the Gospel, a meal or snack, games, worship songs, and a small gift for each child. However, this year we are also hosting Christmas events in retirement homes, and taking Christmas meals and the Gospel to the homes of poor families.
Our total budget is $3,500 of which $800 has already come in. If you would like to help us in this endeavor, please donate online. Thank you.
