Supporting the Team That Supports the Mission

ACTION’s ministry around the world is made possible not only by our field workers, but also by a dedicated team that serves behind the scenes.

Our USA office team supports more than 175 American field workers and serves as the U.S. representative office for an additional 225 field workers sent from ACTION offices worldwide. While our headquarters remains just north of Seattle, our staff now serves from multiple locations across the United States and internationally.

This “team that supports the team” handles the daily administrative, financial, and pastoral care needs of our global ministry. Every gift is carefully processed and receipted into one of more than 700 individual accounts. Funds are managed across multiple banks, compliance requirements are met, newsletters and communications are coordinated, and mailing and correspondence are maintained. The team also supports field workers returning home, trains new appointees, and responds daily to needs and requests from around the world.

Our staff members raise personal support in order to serve, allowing ACTION to keep administrative costs low for both field workers and donors. They do this work faithfully and sacrificially, often for compensation well below market standards, motivated by a shared calling to see Christ made known among the nations.
