In the remote, marginalized mountain regions of Nepal, hundreds of children are unable to attend school—not for lack of desire, but for lack of resources. Many parents, driven by poverty and the absence of local employment, migrate to India or Gulf countries for work. Even after long hours of labor, the income they send home barely covers daily necessities, leaving nothing for their children’s education. Those who remain in the village survive on small-scale farming or daily wage labor, often struggling to provide even the basics. As a result, countless children grow up without notebooks, uniforms, or the simple chance to sit in a classroom.

Illiteracy in these communities is heartbreaking. Entire generations have grown up without access to education, trapped in a cycle of poverty and hopelessness. Through our Mobile Ministry, we are working to break this cycle—one child at a time.
