I am so thankful to have found a mobilization role within ACTION and to be serving the Lord in this way! Having a call to missions as a young adult - after reading Matthew 28 - I experienced several short-term missions trips and a year of serving in Russia from 1997-1998. Now in this new season of life, the mobilization role with ACTION has given me an opportunity to share the gospel with the nations once again, in a whole new capacity.

I will be a Mobilization Candidate Coordinator/Long and Short-Term Mobilizer, serving the nations from middle America, in Iowa. Reaching from the amber waves of grain to the ends of the earth with the love of Jesus!

I will assist the International Mobilization Team - Long-term and Short-term - as I focus on caring for people well as they move through ACTION’s application process. This will include logistics, details in collaboration with Human Resources and providing planning and organization for long-term worker’s orientation. I also eagerly anticipate working closely with several interns, discipling and encouraging them as they prepare for their field assignments and service.

Because I will be working with both short-term and long-term missionaries, I plan to make annual visits to them on the field (as I am able), to better understand ministry opportunities and the on-field logistics of all workers.

I will also represent ACTION at local colleges and churches seeking to mobilize people for short-term or long-term service. My passion is for every person to know that they are fully loved by the living God, and to know Him - Jesus Christ – as their Lord and Savior. Because He changes EVERYTHING.
