Jenny Gallup
Jenny is the coordinator for the African Child Sponsorship Program for the education of children in Africa. She is based in the US, in North Georgia. She travels to Africa frequently to coordinate with the national teams on the ground.
Jenny’s heart for ministry in Africa was opened 8 years ago when she was invited to travel to Malawi with Gary and Barbara Reiben, ACTION workers. After many years of raising her children and watching each one move into adulthood, Jenny knew God was leading her into a new season of mission work.
Jenny asks, in lieu of supporting her personally, that gifts go to the https://give.actioninternational.org/project/andrew-murray-gallup-memorial. fund to provide for the education of especially needy children in Africa. Most of Jenny's work includes finishing the education of the 31 students still in the program in Gulu Uganda. Thirteen (13) of these remaining kids (young adults) were war orphans during Joseph Kony's reign of terror in Northern Uganda. Action missionaries Jerry and Candis Bingham took these kids in as babies. Today, many are at the university level in their education because of donors like yourself. The rest of the children are from Parabongo Village (near Gulu) where they are attending boarding school. They are in a great school and do not even look like the same kids that we took on 6 years ago!! They are fed, clean and getting a great education. Please help Jenny finish getting these kids to their highest academic level while teaching and showing them the love of CHRIST!
She also is involved in several other countries in Africa.
