Kamryn Beck

Growing up as a missionary kid in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Kamryn developed an early love for cross-cultural ministry and the global Church. Her childhood experiences - watching missionaries pour out their lives for the Gospel and witnessing firsthand the challenges they face far from home - shaped her desire to serve those who serve. With a deep trust in God’s faithfulness, Kamryn carries a unique understanding of the joys and burdens missionaries navigate as they follow God’s call.

Today, Kamryn serves with ACTION as the Human Resources Coordinator, based in California, where she is dedicated to strengthening missionary care from the home front. She considers it a privilege to support missionaries as they navigate transitions, cultural adjustments, and the practical needs that arise while serving abroad. Her role allows her to combine administrative excellence with a biblical worldview, ensuring that every worker feels seen, supported, and equipped to thrive in their ministry. Kamryn is passionate about building systems and relationships that help missionaries remain healthy, encouraged, and steadfast in the work God has entrusted to them - believing that when those on the field are cared for well, the Gospel advances with even greater strength.
