Hannah Ruffner

Hannah began working with Action in 2025 as Short-term Coordinator for Women. She works remotely from Morgan Hill, California. Her role revolves around the mobilization of Christians, specifically women, who are faithfully jumping into short-term missions. She assists the International Short-term Coordinator with the Short-term Teams and Internship Program. 

Hannah has felt the weight of the Great Commission on her heart for over a decade. She is passionate about following God’s heart, which longs for the world to know Him, Jeremiah 29:13. She has served on short-term missions’ teams from San Francisco to the Dominican Republic and is now serving those traveling to minister themselves. She desires to use her gifts of encouragement, empathy, and problem-solving skills to help prepare and support missionaries for Jesus.  

ACTION USA is where Hannah will continue to personally and professionally pursue the Lord Christ. Her role is one in which she is able to sit with parts of Christ’s body and help discern practical ways He is calling them to His Kingdom’s work. Through prayer, mentoring, and administrative guidance, Hannah is continuing to respond to Matthew 28. Her heart joyfully serves the women God is calling into the mission’s field around the world.
