ACTION Zambia desires to minister to people holistically, to both heart and body. Zambia, located in South-Central Africa, ranks 7th in the world for HIV prevalence and boasts one of the highest levels of urbanization in Africa. This leads to increased levels of poverty and an over saturation on the healthcare system. Many do not receive care in a timely manner or have the resources to get the healthcare they need.
