BUILDING PROJECT ACTION CAZUCÁ COLOMBIA

Thank you for coming to our Building website for the ministry of Action Cazucá Bogotá Colombia.  

We would like to inform you that the price of the building is $125,000 USD, of which the Lord has already provided us with $71,250 USD and we will sign a promise of sale on October 16, 2024. 

We want to tell you a little more about the history so that you understand more about the purpose of this property. 

A little of our history:

The ministry of Action Cazucá was founded in 2016 with the objective of reaching the children and youth of Cazucá with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, discipling them and sending them to reach others for Jesus Christ. In 2018, God allowed adult relatives of the children and other people in the sector become interested in having Bible classes for them as well, so the Christian Church of Action Cazucá was born, with the aim of reaching families with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and discipling them to serve God. In 2022, God allowed us to start the elderly ministry, where 50 grandparents meet on Wednesdays to have their Grandparents Club. Special activities are carried out for them every week. Currently we have an average attendance at Church and all activities of 70 adults and 80 children. We also carry out outdoor ministries where we evangelize and disciple new children and adults, who are then invited to activities at the Church.

In 2023, the idea of having our own place was born due to the ministry’s growth. Where we are at this moment is rented, and due to the city remodeling and construction, they will demolish the place. So, we found ourselves in need to look for a new place where we can carry out our own Biblical teaching activities and workshops for the community. 

In 2024, we found a perfect place for the ministry to operate. A 3-story building, with space for a studio apartment, office, parking, place for the Children's Church (Floor 1), meeting room for the Church (Floor 2), place for classrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms (3rd Floor) and sports activities terrace (4th Floor). 

We were surprised by the place since the price is quite affordable, well below the value of a property in Cazucá ($125,000 USD), it has all the documents up to date, a safe anti-seismic construction, and we can modify it to our needs. It has all the public services such as water, electricity, gas, and it is located just 300 meters from the place where we started and developed the ministry in Cazucá. It is a new construction that has been built for 2 years. 

The cost of adapting the building is an additional $50,000 USD to complete 100% of the functionality of the work for what we want to do in it.

The purpose of this property is not only to be able to develop the programs of the Church and ministry of Action Cazuca, but also to have high-impact programs for the community such as: medical and dental workshops, sewing workshops for women, technology repair workshops for youth, music classes and also a seminar for Biblical teaching to Christian leaders in training (not only for the local church but also the churches with which we have communion.)
