Nepal: Equipping Pastors and Leaders

Pastors and church leaders in the remote Himalayan regions of Nepal are faithfully serving in very difficult conditions, yet many have never received formal biblical training. Geographic isolation, long travel distances, financial limitations, and family responsibilities often make it impossible for them to travel to cities for training and encouragement.

Through PLD (Pastor & Leader Development), we seek to bring biblical training, discipleship, leadership development, and pastoral encouragement directly to pastors where they serve. Trainings are held in accessible nearby locations and scheduled around their daily responsibilities so they can continue caring for their families and ministries.

This ministry provides biblical teaching, practical ministry tools, mentorship, fellowship, and encouragement for pastors and leaders who are faithfully serving with limited resources. By covering training costs, we help ensure that finances never become a barrier to growth and learning.

Our desire is to see pastors strengthened in their understanding of Scripture, equipped to lead healthy churches, and encouraged to disciple others and impact their communities with the Gospel. Together, we can help equip leaders serving in some of the hardest-to-reach places in Nepal.
